Our team is awesome.

There's Shaun and Jimmy who do the quoting and project managing.
There's our team of FCNZ qualified fencers who are reliable, work hard and enjoy banter and Friday drinks in the shed.
​
There's Megan in the Te Puke office who makes sure they have high health and safety standards, have their uniforms and things are ticking along. And there's Buddy, our dog who lives with his head out of Shaun's ute, attending most site visits and team meetings, lending the occasional face lick.

Shaun Davies
OWNER/BDM
Has great conceptual vision and loves a challenging job to quote. Definitely not a dictator boss and can often be found driving the tractor or swinging the hammer still.
Graham Thorn
PROJECT MANAGER
Graham has a wealth of experience in project management and is responsible for orders, sales and ensuring projects are done to the Davies standard.
Megan Murphy
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
The smile at the end of the phone, the GSD chick in the office, adds to the teams high vibe, Megan is the teams second best cheer leader. Works in the office Fridays.

HISTORY
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Shaun began fencing at 14yrs old on his uncle’s farm in Taupo. He comes from a long line of fencers, it’s in his blood.
While he pursued a 20 year fishing career, he would do fencing works in his off season. Until one day an accident on the boat near Great Barrier Island caused him to leave the sea and finally begin his dream of building a large, successful fencing business. And this he has certainly done.
He doesn’t do business as usual, has defied the odds, and done it on his terms. When you have a vision (and a supportive wife) anything is possible. His happy team and his happy customers are a testimony to this.
